1 Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of administrative assistance and visa services for Thailand (TDAC, visas, work permits) offered by MarketingRevolution LLC, operator of demarches-thailande.com, in partnership with a Thai team with a local office in Thailand.
Our services include:

2 Article 2 — Order & Payment
The order is finalized after: (1) completing the online form, (2) accepting these Terms & Conditions, (3) full payment of the applicable fee. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
For TDAC applications, the fee is shown directly on the order summary page. For visa assistance services, a personalized quote is provided after initial assessment — please contact us for more information.
3 Article 3 — Service Execution
TDAC applications are generally processed within 1 to 12 hours of payment confirmation. Visa assistance services are subject to specific timelines communicated at the time of order. These deadlines are indicative and may vary in cases of force majeure, incomplete information, or independent technical issues.
4 Article 4 — Client Obligations
- → Provide accurate and complete information
- → Hold a valid passport (at least 6 months validity after arrival date in Thailand)
- → Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional documents
- → Check emails regularly (including spam folder)
5 Article 5 — Liability
MarketingRevolution LLC is committed to processing applications with the utmost care. However, the final decision regarding any TDAC or visa application rests exclusively with Thai authorities.
MarketingRevolution LLC cannot be held liable for: a refusal by official authorities, delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, events beyond our control (force majeure), or the client's use of submitted documents.
6 Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully performed services that began with the consumer's prior express consent. By accepting these Terms, you expressly acknowledge that processing begins immediately upon order validation and waive any right of withdrawal.

8 Article 8 — Personal Data
Collected data is necessary for processing your application and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
9 Article 9 — Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). The applicable fee for TDAC applications (single person or group) is displayed on the order summary page before payment.
Visa assistance and accompaniment services are quoted individually depending on the type of visa, the complexity of the file, and the services requested. A personalized quote is provided after an initial assessment.
Prices may be modified at any time, but changes do not apply to orders already placed.
10 Article 10 — Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. MarketingRevolution LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.
